Does the money go through you?
No. Each business connects its own merchant account and the payment goes straight to it. The platform only opens the payment page and receives the confirmation that the payment went through.
How is medical information protected?
The medical answers and the signature are encrypted separately, with a key kept outside the database. Every view of a declaration is logged, instructors only see that medical info exists, and declarations are deleted at the end of the retention period.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. Registration, signing and payment happen in the phone's browser. Afterwards they can open their personal area with a code sent by email.
What happens when a session is cancelled because of the weather?
You cancel in one click. Everyone registered is notified, the calendar invite updates, and participants get a make-up credit.
Do you send WhatsApp messages?
For now reminders go out by email. WhatsApp is coming soon.
Which languages?
Full Hebrew, right to left, for the business and for parents. English too, for example for tourists.
How much does it cost?
There's a free plan, Basic at ₪89 and Professional at ₪169 a month (before VAT), and a ₪19 seasonal freeze. Everything is included: no setup fee, no fees on payments and no commitment. Founding customers get the first season free.
