Plans and limits
What each plan includes, and how to see your monthly usage.
- Starter (free): one published activity, 30 registrations a month, unlimited instructors, and the Lessogo credit always shows.
- Basic: unlimited activities, 200 registrations a month, up to 2 active instructors.
- Pro and Founder: no limits.
Months follow the business time zone. Confirmed registrations and those whose seats are still held count. The "Your plan" card on the admin home shows this month's usage, with a warning from 80% of the limit.
At the limit, publishing another activity is refused with "Upgrade", and parents see that registration is closed for now until next month.
Upgrading
Subscription billing isn't live yet. "Upgrade" leads to the contact form and we change the plan by hand. Plan prices switch on together with billing.
